This Privacy Policy explains how Covet Holding Group handles information submitted through CovetTrading.com and the services used to operate, secure, and respond through the website.
1. Information You Provide
When you use our Contact form, you voluntarily provide your full name, email address, inquiry type, message, and, if you choose, company information.
2. Contact Form Security Information
The Contact form also processes limited technical and security information needed to protect submissions. This includes a hidden honeypot field used to identify likely automated spam, a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token, and related network or request signals used to validate the submission.
3. How We Use Submitted Information
We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, operate and secure the Contact form, prevent abuse and spam, and deliver Contact messages to the appropriate Covet Holding Group inbox.
4. Services Used for Contact Inquiries
Cloudflare Turnstile provides security verification for the Contact form and may process the verification token and related security signals. It is not used to read the contents of your Contact message. After a submission is verified, Resend is used server-side to transmit the inquiry, including the information you provided, by email to Covet Holding Group.
5. Optional Website and Product Analytics
With your permission, Covet Holding Group uses optional website and product analytics to understand pages visited, Store and product interactions, cart and Favorites activity, and the checkout funnel, and to improve the experience. Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, is currently active. When enabled, PostHog EU Cloud will use the same Analytics preference for product-usage and conversion analysis. Optional analytics starts only after you accept analytics in Cookie Preferences. Our PostHog implementation does not intentionally send direct customer identity such as name, email, phone number, address, or order reference. It uses an SDK-generated anonymous identifier, but we do not claim that technical analytics data can never be correlated. We also do not intentionally send passwords, MFA secrets or codes, payment credentials, private message contents, delivery-address contents, or authentication or recovery tokens to analytics services. Session Replay, Google Signals, and advertising personalization are not enabled through these integrations. You can reject or later withdraw analytics consent through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider policies and terms.
6. External and Affiliate Links
CovetTrading.com may link to third-party websites, partner platforms, and affiliate or referral destinations. Those services operate independently and handle information under their own privacy policies and practices. Review the relevant third-party policy before providing information on an external website.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the website. However, no internet transmission, email delivery service, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. When enabled, Sentry Cloud with EU data storage may process limited technical error information needed for service reliability and security. This operational error monitoring is separate from optional product analytics and is not controlled by the Analytics preference. Our current implementation removes customer identity, form contents, headers, cookies, authentication secrets, raw URLs, and raw exception messages and stacks before an event is sent. Session Replay, profiling, broad tracing, logs, application metrics, and AI-assisted analysis are not enabled through this integration.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the relevant inquiry, maintain the security and operation of the Contact form, and meet applicable legal or operational obligations. The appropriate period may vary depending on the circumstances.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about how it is handled. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may contact us to make a privacy-related request.
