Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of order creation. Up to 3 attachments, 5 MiB each. Refunds are normally processed through Covet Wallet. In exceptional cases, Covet may process an approved refund using another available refund method. Eligible historical monetary merchandise is refunded separately from redeemed Rewards, which are restored as points. Purchase-earned points are reversed using the original award. Covet arranges required collection. Delivery is excluded unless an approved documented service exception applies. Customers may cancel before approval. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Legacy policy provenance is not fabricated.
